The Mumbai Police started investigating the matter as soon as they received the complaint. According to the ANI report, a case has been registered against the unidentified person under sections 308 (4), 351 (3) (4) of the Indian Penal Code (NBS). The number from which the threat was made is registered in the name of a person named Faizan from Chhattisgarh. As soon as the number was traced, the Mumbai Police reached Raipur.
