The stock market reached an all-time high today, September 26, for the 7th consecutive day. Sensex touched 85,930 and Nifty touched 26,250.

After the day’s session, the Sensex closed at 85,836 with a rise of 666 points (0.78%). Nifty also rose by 211 points (0.81%), and closed at 26,216 level.

Out of 30 Sensex stocks, 26 rose and 4 fell. Out of 50 Nifty stocks, 41 rose and 9 fell. When it comes to the NSE sector index, auto sector stocks saw the highest rise.

Asian markets rose today

Maruti Suzuki, Mahindra & Mahindra, Tata Motors and ITC were the biggest gainers in the market. While Larsen & Toubro and NTPC dragged the market down. In the Asian market, Japan’s Nikkei rose 2.79% and Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index rose 4.16%. China’s Shanghai Composite Index rose 3.61%. On September 25, the US Dow Jones fell 0.70% and closed at 41,914. The Nasdaq rose 0.043% to 18,082. The S&P 500 fell 0.19%. According to NSE data, foreign investors (FIIs) sold shares worth Rs 973.94 crore on September 25. During this period, domestic investors (DIIs) purchased shares worth Rs 1,778.99 crore.

Diffusion Engineers IPO opens

Yesterday too, the market reached a record high

Earlier yesterday, i.e. September 25, the stock market hit an all-time high for the sixth consecutive day. During trade, Sensex touched 85,247 level and Nifty touched 26,032 level.

After this, the Sensex closed at 85,169 level with a gain of 255 points. Nifty also gained 63 points, it closed at the level of 26004. Auto, IT, energy and banking stocks rose.
