TIMES World Higher Education University Rankings (THE Ranking) 2025 has been released. A total of 2,092 institutes and universities from 115 countries were included in the ranking.
The Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru has earned a place among the top 300 universities globally.

1. Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore The IISc has more than 40 academic departments and around 4,000 students study and research together. All departments of the institute fall under the Faculty of Science or Engineering.
