Steven Bernard, who was the editor of the film, said that while working on Pooja Entertainment’s film Bade Miyan Chhote Miyan, we all faced a common problem related to payment. Working day and night on a project, everyone thinks that they should get their full fee on time, but at the end of the day, when a lot of money remains unpaid and the money is stuck for five months after the release of the film, then there is a problem. I did a lot of tracking because I needed money due to my father’s poor health. During this time, Ali Abbas Zafar supported me and assured me that I would receive my salary. Finally, less than a week after receiving the grant from Abu Dhabi, Ali Abbas Zafar paid me the entire amount owed to me.
Besides these two artists, around ten team members took to social media to thank Ali Abbas Zafar and his team for paying the dues. These include Khalid (Actor), Shaurya Kohli (Associate Director), Deeksha Pradhan (Assistant Director), Saurabh Kumar (Associate Director), Sahab (Actor), Anurag Pandey (Associate Editor), Malvika Bajaj (Costume Designer ), Roheed Khan (Actor). ) and Markin (cinematographer). We shared information with him relating to this issue which he raised prominently. Many times we were pressured not to share any information about this but we knew that many people’s money was blocked, that’s why West India Cine Employees Federation did not stay silent and now the payments have started to settle, so we are happy. .A question of.
