This time the story of Success Story is that of actor and dancer Faizal Khan.
Faizal Khan, a boy who grew up on the streets of Mumbai. Born into a poor family. My father drove a car. The constraint was such that on days when the vehicle was not running, it was even difficult to obtain food.
Faizal had the talent to dance. Today, thanks to this talent, he is a big television star. In 2012, he became the winner of the reality show DID Little Master-2. The show gave him recognition.
Soon, acting offers started coming in as well. I bought a house in Mumbai with my own money. I bought a Mercedes car. I opened a store for my father. However, it wasn’t that simple. Problems arose all the time. I listened to people’s taunts. There came a time when I wanted to kill myself.
Faizal never had money to eat, but today, whatever show he goes to, he becomes the highest paid actor or contestant.
The story of the struggle for success in his own words.
The day the car broke down, the stove in the house could no longer be lit. My career started with Dance India Dance Little Master. I only knew dancing since childhood, I had no idea about acting.
We couldn’t even afford the dance class fees. My father drove a car. The house was run with that. This car was not his either, his father had rented it to someone. The day there was a breakdown in the car, the stove couldn’t light. We were always hungry.
Childhood photo of Faizal with his father. Faizal’s father drove an automobile for 30 years. He was the biggest support for his son.
Those close to him said: “He dances, he’s gay.” When he started dancing as a child, people around him made fun of him. Some members of my family even called me gay because I danced. I wore my father’s clothes, it looked bad to him too. They said: look, he walks around in his father’s clothes.
Dad was the one person who supported me the most. He would take me on the local train for auditions. During my comings and goings, I slept on his lap on the train itself.
Sometimes my body would get stiff while dancing. Then my father squeezed my whole body at home. Used to relax my muscles. I haven’t told anyone this.

While auditioning for Dance India Dance, he went to the show wearing a T-shirt worth Rs 100 and pants worth Rs 200. Used to buy clothes in carts at the side of the road. At that time, I didn’t know what a showroom was, etc. He could just see the exhibition hall from a distance.
I lived in a chawl, then bought an apartment. My life changed after working in the TV show Maharana Pratap. With my fee, I bought a flat on Mira Road, Mumbai. Before that, the entire family lived in a chawl in Ghatkopar.
When I bought the house, everyone I knew was shocked. They couldn’t believe that he bought a house in a big building straight from the chawl. No one believed that dancing could bring so much fame.
When my leg broke, it felt like it was all over. There came a time in life when I felt like everything was over. My leg was broken. Dancing has become impossible. I didn’t understand what to do. I was responsible for the house.
If the house had been demolished, it would have been difficult to meet the expenses. I started to wonder what other skills I had besides dancing. I knew how to drive. I even thought that if nothing could be done, I would become someone’s driver.
Faizal fell off his horse while filming the TV show Chandragupta Maurya (2019).
Suicidal thoughts started coming, I wanted to jump off the building. When my leg recovered a little, confinement was imposed. There was nothing to do. At that time, I became depressed. Random thoughts started to come to my mind.
I wanted to kill myself by jumping off the building, but I also thought about what would happen to my family if something happened to me. However, things got better as the days went by. Once the leg was completely healed, I started working. After a few problems, everything went well.
Because I was beautiful in appearance, I didn’t get Yash Raj’s film. I had also auditioned for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film Bajirao Mastani. Was also selected for this. Mr. Bhansali was very happy. Everything is finalized. And then, all of a sudden, what happened was that it was refused from the front. I was absolutely devastated.
Similarly, Yash Raj banner’s film Gunday also remained mixed. In this film, I had to play the childhood role of Ranveer Singh or Arjun Kapoor. I didn’t get this role just because I was good looking.
The creators were looking for a dark-skinned boy. I also said I would tan while playing in the sun, but maybe the production people wanted something else.
Well, whatever happens, it happens for good. By the time these two films came out, I was treated to two different shows. I got both fame and money from these two shows.
Faizal will be seen in a web series in the coming times.
The first car was from Maruti, now owned by Mercedes, I was very fond of cars since my childhood. Even when I had nothing, all I thought about was cars. After winning DID, I bought a second-hand Maruti Wagon-R. Sitting in my own car for the first time was a very pleasant experience.

People said: He is imitating Bachchan: When he became Bhishma, he got respect, borrowed it and made him Shaktiman.
During his nearly 50-year career, he prioritized ideals and principles over money. Rejected bids worth millions of rupees. I didn’t go to any filmmaker’s door to ask for work. ..
