At the same time, another petition was filed in the Allahabad High Court to register an FIR against police officers. Earlier, the investigation report was not submitted to the Chandausi court in Sambhal. Advocacy Commissioner Ramesh Singh Raghav said, “There was violence during the investigation on November 24, so the report could not be prepared. The court gave 10 days to submit the inquiry report.
On Sunday, November 24, four young people were killed in violence which broke out during an investigation in a mosque in Sambhal. On November 19, at the request of the Hindu side, the Chandausi court in Sambhal appointed an advocate-commissioner and ordered an investigation. The Hindu side claims that Jama Masjid is the Harihar temple.
