Silver Patidar Royal Challengers was created the new Bangalore captain (RCB). The franchise said Silver as the new captain via X Post Thursday. Earlier, there was speculation about making Virat Kohli a captain, although this did not happen.
The franchise shared a video from Kohli, in which he congratulated the patidar for having made the captain. He said, “Me and other members of the team are with you, Silver. The way you have progressed in this franchise and the way you played, you have reached the heart of all RCB fans. You are entitled to that.
31 years -OLD PATIDAR will replace FAF DU PLESSIS. Du Plessis was captain of the RCB in the 2022 season to 2024, but the franchise has not kept it for 2025. Rajat has been part of the team since 2021. The franchise kept it before the MEGA Auction-2024. Rajat Syed Mushtaq Ali was the captain of Madhya Pradesh in the 2024-25 season of the Ali and the Vijay Hazare trophy.

After becoming a captain, Rajat Patidar said
