Audi India has started booking the facelift model of its upcoming Q7 luxury SUV today (November 14). You can book it through the Audi India website or the ‘MyAudi Connect’ app by paying a token sum of Rs 2 lakh.

The exterior and interior of the 2024 Q7 have been updated. However, it received the current model’s 3-liter V6 turbo gasoline engine. The luxury SUV will have features such as panoramic sunroof, 4-zone automatic climate control and ADAS.

The car will be launched in the Indian market on November 28. This will be the second facelift model of the car. It will be assembled and sold locally at the Aurangabad plant. It will compete with luxury SUVs like the Mercedes-Benz GLE, Volvo XC90 and BMW X5.

Exterior Design: The SUV will be offered with 5 color options. The updated Audi Q7 has a new front profile. It has an octagonal grille with vertical slats with chrome ornaments. It features HD LED matrix headlights, new LED Daytime Running Lights (DRL) with digital signatures and a new bumper with fresh air intakes.

19-inch alloy wheels will be available in the base model of the upcoming car, while 20-22-inch alloy wheels will be available in the higher variants. Its redesigned taillights feature internal LED lighting elements. 5 color options will be available in the SUV. These include Sakhir Gold, Waitomo Blue, Mythos Black, Samurai Gray and Glacier White.

Interior and Features: 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system Minor updates have been made to the cabin of the SUV and seat upholstery options in two colors – Cedar Brown and Saiga Badge have been offered. The SUV will also get electronically adjustable front seats and a power tailgate.

Q7 has a triple screen setup as before. It includes a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 12.3-inch digital driver display, and a screen below the infotainment for the climate control panel. The infotainment system has been improved and now supports third-party apps such as Spotify and Amazon Music.

The updated Q7 will get similar features to the existing model, such as a 19-speaker Bang & Olufsen audio system, 4-zone climate control, panoramic sunroof, and 360-degree camera with parking assist. Apart from this, safety features include electronic stability control, ABS with EBD, 360-degree parking camera, 8 airbags and an updated ADAS package.

Performance: Can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.6 seconds. No mechanical changes will be observed during Q7. As before, it will be equipped with a 3.0-liter V6 TFSI gasoline engine, which generates a power of 340 hp and a maximum torque of 500 Nm. This engine was combined with a 48-volt mild hybrid system. The engine is tuned to an 8-speed automatic transmission and benefits from Audi’s signature quattro all-wheel drive option. The company claims that the car can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.6 seconds and its top speed is 250 km/h.
