Hero MotoCorp has unveiled the Thunderwheels special edition of its most powerful bike, Hero Maverick 440. The company showcased the bike with cosmetic updates. Apart from this, there have been no changes in the features and specifications of the bike.

Hero introduced the special edition of Maverick in partnership with soft drink brand Thumsup. In this, customers can win Hero Maverick Thunderwheel Edition by scanning the QR code given on the Thumsup bottle.

Pricing for the Maverick 440 Special Edition has not been disclosed. The roadster bike comes with 35 connectivity features and its standard model costs between Rs 1.99 lakh and Rs 2.24 lakh. Hero Maverick 440 will compete with motorcycles like Royal Enfield Classic 350, Harley Davidson X440, Jawa 350 and Honda CB350.

What’s new in the Hero Maverick Thunderwheels Edition? In the video shared on social media platform X, the roadster bike is seen in a dual-tone hue with a red and dark blue color combination. This color combination is similar to the colors used in Thumsup’s logo and branding. In this, the front fender has been given a blue finish and the part near the front fork is colored red. A slight change has also been made to the headlight section, now a mosquito net has been added there. Additionally, the original rearview mirror has been replaced with a bar-shaped rearview mirror.

The motorcycle’s tank is also colored dark blue, but the Maverick 440’s badge has a metallic gray and red finish. In this case, gray color was used for the top half and red color for the bottom half. The tank add-ons are colored red and will also receive a “Thunderwheels” graphic. At the same time, the engine crankcase received a gold finish. For this reason, the special edition looks very different from the standard model, which is available in black. Apart from this, the rear part is dark blue in color like the tank.

Hero Maverick 440: design The Maverick was developed on the platform of the Harley Davidson X440, but its look and design are different. The roadster style bike is equipped with a retro theme with a modern twist. Its front has a round headlight with two H-shaped daytime running lights.

The bike features tubular style handlebars, one-piece saddle, curved fuel tank with a sporty tank fairing. The pointed exhaust makes the bike look quite powerful. Apart from this, there is a truncated tail section with LED taillights at the rear and a hollowed-out one-piece seat setup.
