What’s new in the 2025 Honda SP160? The Honda SP160 was presented with new graphics. Other than that, no changes have been made to its muscular design. The updated bike is available with four color options. This includes the colors Radiant Red Metallic, Pearl Igneous Black, Pearl Deep Ground Gray and Athletic Blue Metallic.

To give a better look to the front of the bike, there is a new LED headlight and a muscular fuel tank with a sporty fairing. Other highlights include an aerodynamic lower hood and bold mufflers with chrome covers, adding to its sporty look. There is also an LED taillight at the rear.

The bike has a new 4.2-inch TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity. The system is compatible with the Honda RoadSync app, which offers features such as turn-by-turn navigation, call and text alerts, and music playback. The bike also has a USB Type-C charging port.

Hardware: 276mm dual front disc brake. There are no changes to the rest of the bike. For a comfortable ride, it has a telescopic fork at the front and a monoshock at the rear. The braking setup includes a 276mm front disc brake and a 220mm rear disc brake in the dual-disc variant, while the single-disc variant has a 130mm rear drum brake.

The bike rides on 17-inch alloy wheels at both ends with an 80-section front and 130-section rear tire setup. Its wheelbase is 1,347 mm, its ground clearance is 177 mm, its seat height is 79 mm and its fuel tank is 12 liters.

Performance: powerful 13.5 hp motor. The company has equipped the motorcycle with a 162.7 cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine. This motor is also available in Unicorn and XBlade, but the SP160’s motor has been tuned to make it more powerful and torquey than both bikes. It generates a power of 13.5 hp and a torque of 14.6 Nm at 7,500 rpm. This engine is OBD2B compliant, which means the motorcycle will also run on E20 gasoline.

For transmission, the engine gets a 5-speed manual gearbox. The SP160 is less powerful than sports bikes like the Bajaj Pulsar N160 and TVS Apache RTR 160 4V, but it rivals the Pulsar P150, Yamaha FZ and Suzuki Gixxer.
