Indian smartphone manufacturing company Lava today launched its new 5G smartphone Lava Yuva 2 5G in the budget segment. The price of this budget 5G phone has been kept at Rs 9,499. This mobile has been launched in a single variant and has 128 GB storage with 4 GB RAM.

The new Lava smartphone is available in two colors – Marble Black and Marble White. Equipped with a 50 megapixel rear camera, 5000 mAh battery and 8 GB of RAM. This phone will compete with Poco C75, Moto G35, Redmi A4, Redmi 13C, Techno Spark 30C and Infinix Hot 50 in the sub-Rs 10 price segment in the Indian market.

Lava Yuva 2 5G: Specifications

Display: Lava Yuva 2 has a 6.67-inch HD+ display with a resolution of 720 x 1612 pixels. It is a 2.5D curved display with a punch-hole style, built on an IPS panel. It runs at a refresh rate of 90Hz. It supports a maximum brightness of 264 PPI and 700 nits.

Camera: For photography, a dual rear camera setup with LED flash has been provided on the rear panel of the Lava Yuva 2. It has a 50-megapixel primary sensor, which works in conjunction with a 2 MP secondary AI lens . At the same time, the phone has an 8-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls.

Processor: Lava 5G mobile has been launched on Android 14 based operating system. For processing, it has been provided with octacore Unisoc T760 processor made on 6Nm fabrications. The company claims that this smartphone has achieved a AnTuTu score of 440,000 or more.

Memory: The phone was launched with 4GB of RAM, along with which 4GB of expandable RAM is also available. This virtual RAM combines with the physical RAM of the mobile to give it the power of 8 GB of RAM. The smartphone has 128GB of internal storage, which can be expanded up to 1TB via SD card.

Battery: For power backup, the 5G smartphone has a 5,000 mAh battery. For fast charging, it supports 18W fast charging.

Connectivity: Apart from features like Bluetooth and WiFi, OTG is also provided in the new Lava mobile. Face unlock and side-mounted fingerprint sensor are also available for added security. Two stereo speakers were provided for sound.
