Royal Enfield today (September 19) launched the new Battalion Black color variant of its most popular bike, the Bullet 350 in India. Its price has been maintained at Rs 1,74,875 (ex-showroom). The new Classic 350 Battalion Black is positioned above the Military Black and Military Red color variants and below the Military Silver Black and Military Silver Red color variants.
The new Bullet 350 is built on the J-series platform, on which the company’s other 350 cc models like Classic Reborn, Meteor and Hunter are available in the market. In India, the motorcycle competes with motorcycles like the Honda CB350 and Jawa 42.
The company launched the new generation Bullet 350 at an event in Chennai in September 2023.
What’s new in the Royal Enfield Bullet 350? The Battalion Black color variant features gold stripes on the fuel tank and side panels. These fine stripes are hand painted. This cosmetic update makes the look of the Royal Enfield Bullet 350 more attractive. The bike is also available in 6 other color options: Army Red, Army Silver Red, Military Silver Black, Standard Black, Standard Brown, and Black Gold.
Apart from this, the motorcycle sports the iconic silver, red and gold Royal Enfield badge on the fuel tank. The iconic Bullet 350 logo will also be found on the side panel. The bike features a newly designed rear section and a new flared one-piece seat, with the pillion seat being slightly higher. However, it comes with the same paint scheme as the standard black color.
The black mirrors come in the new Battalion Black color variant, while the chrome mirrors come in standard black. The Battalion Black variant comes with a 300mm front disc brake and a rear drum brake with single-channel ABS, while the Standard-Black and other higher models have disc brakes on both wheels with ABS. dual channel.
New Royal Enfield Bullet 350: Design The new generation Bullet 350 received a new halogen headlight and taillight while retaining the old look. However, some changes are visible on the motorcycle. This includes the frame, motor, one-piece seat design, rectangular side housing and new handlebars.
Its rear wing was slightly shortened and the front wing was lengthened. The new Bullet features a matte black and glass fuel tank, new copper and gold colored 3D badge, crown badge and copper stripes. Another big update is the Peashooter exhaust muffler.
Royal Enfield Bullet 350: comfort and braking For a comfortable ride, the bike is equipped with a double downtube telescopic fork at the front and two rear shock absorbers. The bike features 19-inch front and 18-inch rear wire spoke wheels shod with tube tires. These tires are thicker than the old tires.
Coming to the braking system, the mid and top variants come with 300mm front and 270mm rear disc brakes with dual-channel ABS. The base variant comes with a rear drum brake with single-channel ABS.
Coming to features, the new generation Bullet gets a new digital instrument cluster with USB charging port, analog speedometer, fuel gauge and maintenance reminder. Like other models, all accessories and customization options will be available with the new Bullet from Royal Enfield.
