Tata Motors has launched petrol and diesel versions of its most popular car, the Nexon, with panoramic sunroof. It is available in the high-end Fearless Plus PS version. Its price has been maintained at Rs 13.6 lakh for MT petrol, Rs 14.8 lakh for DCT petrol, Rs 15 lakh for MT diesel and Rs 15.6 lakh for AMT diesel (all prices excluding showroom).

The sub-4 meter SUV comes with more than 60 connection features in four versions: Smart, Pure, Creative and Fearless. Apart from this, advanced comfort and safety features have been added. The company recently introduced the CNG version of the SUV with panoramic sunroof. This compact SUV is equipped with a turbo gasoline engine. So this is the first car in India to come with a turbo petrol engine and CNG combination.

In the sub-4 meter SUV segment, only Tata Nexon and Mahindra XUV 300 offer a panoramic sunroof. The panoramic sunroof of the It’s too much.

Exterior design of the Nexon facelift.

Exterior: A new design LED setup and alloy wheels will be available. Coming to the design, a new LED DRL split headlight setup has been featured at the front of the Nexon. Below, LED headlights have been installed on the sporty bumper. 16-inch dual-tone diamond-cut alloy wheels will be available on the side.

A fully connected LED tail light is provided at the rear, which the company calls ‘X Factor tail light’. Welcome and goodbye feature is also available there. The car comes with 6 color options. These include Fearless Purple, Creative Ocean, Pure Grey, Flame Red, Daytona Gray and Pristine White.

Interior: A 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a flat-bottomed two-spoke steering wheel are provided in the cabin of the car. Apart from this, the car gets a touchscreen HVAC unit on the dashboard and a new gear selector on the center console. Tata Nexon CNG will get a new 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a 10.25-inch fully digital instrument cluster. Ventilated front seats are provided in the top variant of the car.

Features: Electric Sunroof with Voice Control Tata Nexon is equipped with many advanced features. These include Tata’s IRA 2.0 connected mobile technology, voice-assisted power sunroof, 9-speaker JBL audio system, wireless charger, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, the world’s first navigation display segment on the instrument cluster. Apart from this, cruise control, height-adjustable driver’s seat, leather upholstery and electric panoramic sunroof with voice control are also available in the top variant of the car.

Safety Features: 360-degree camera and TPMS Nexon has a 360-degree camera, front and rear parking sensors, class-leading blind vision monitor, ESP, 6 airbags, hill hold control, rollover mitigation, traction control, ISOFIX for safety. Features such as child restraint and tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) are available.

Performance: Petrol, Diesel, CNG and Electric Tata Nexon is the first car in the country to be offered in all four variants Petrol, Diesel, CNG and Electric. For performance, its ICE engine version has a 1.2-liter turbo-petrol, which generates a power of 120 hp and a torque of 170 Nm. With this, the choice between a 5-speed manual gearbox, a 6-speed manual, 7-speed DCT (automatic dual-clutch transmission) gearbox and 6-speed AMT (automated manual transmission) gearbox is available.

This engine generates a power of 100 hp and a torque of 170 Nm in iCNG. For the transmission, it is equipped with a 6-speed manual gearbox. The automatic transmission option is not yet offered with it.

Apart from this, Nexon also has a 1.5 liter diesel engine with a power of 115 hp and a torque of 260 Nm, with which the option of a 6-speed manual transmission and a 6-speed AMT gearbox is available.
