Putin has already repeatedly threatened to use nuclear weapons. This time he also announced a change in nuclear policy.
Russian President Vladimir Putin has once again threatened Western countries with the use of nuclear weapons. According to a BBC report, Putin had called an urgent Security Council meeting in the capital Moscow on Wednesday. He said the government would change the terms and conditions related to the use of nuclear weapons.

In the event of a large-scale missile or drone attack on Russian territory that could seriously threaten the country’s sovereignty, Russia can always resort to nuclear weapons.
The Russian president also said that if a non-nuclear-weapon country attacks Russia with the support of a nuclear-armed country, it will be considered an attack by both countries. He said that Russian nuclear weapons are the greatest guarantee of the security of the country and its citizens.
